Just had a call from Leyland Marketing Consultants - sounded all official. Turns out it's a timeshare payout scam. They try to get you to come in for a meeting, then start the hard sell, hoping you'll cough up loads of cash for some fake "compensation". Watch out, they're proper dodgy!
