I dunno if i really trust these guys, every time something goes wrong it ends up costing me a fortune, like anywhere between £185 and £299. After dealing with this for over four years, i've finally made up my mind to cut ties with them.

Total con artists. I’m due to start my degree in computer science next year and have a real passion for cyber security, but even so, these scammers tricked my mum when I wasn’t around. Luckily, we caught it in time and managed to block the payment. £200 for some supposed antivirus? What a joke. No genuine firm would ever request remote access to your PC, which is exactly why my mum’s laptop is now completely knackered and actually needs repairs. Seriously, don’t trust a word these lot say - they’re all lies.

The people were really nice and the service was great. Honestly, I’m quite pleased with how everything went. Miss Radford here.

Someone rang me up, and when I wouldn’t give them any details, they started swearing at me with some really nasty, inappropriate language. It was honestly quite disturbing.

I'm 79 years old and last week I got a call from an Indian bloke claiming my computers were going to crash and needed urgent repairs. He asked me for £185 to sort them out. I looked it up on Google afterwards and realised it was a scam. So, I had a local IT guy wipe both my computers clean, then reported the matter to Barclaycard. They said they’d investigate it. But today, the same person rang me again. Best wishes, Reginald Elliott.

I got a call from someone with a strong Indian accent saying someone was trying to hack my email. They’re total scammers - already cheated me out of hundreds of pounds. Don’t let them trick you, they’re just pests.

I got a rather peculiar phone call from an overseas number, claiming they could prevent unwanted calls for me. When I asked for their address and phone number, they provided me with 012131342870 and an address at 78 Yule Street, London. They insisted they were affiliated with the Telephone Preference Service and wanted me to splash out a one-off fee of £39 to 'upgrade' my service. Naturally, I was highly sceptical, and a quick check revealed that the address is a total sham! Absolute scammers, honestly! What a farce!

StayProtect often shows as 'withheld' or 'unavailable', and sometimes they call from numbers that look like mobiles or local, but it's definitely a scam, so be careful.
