I received a rather curious phone call from an individual claiming to represent BT Openreach, insisting they were reaching out in relation to some alleged issues with my broadband service. The whole thing was quite amusing, considering I’m a Virgin Media customer, not BT. Quite the mix-up, wouldn’t you say?
