For sure, this looks like a total scam.

Phone kept ringing and then the caller would just hang up straight away, so I ended up blocking the number. Can’t see how it’s anything but a scam - real businesses don’t usually behave like that, they actually talk to you. My advice is don’t pick up unknown numbers, especially if they’re from an area code you don’t recognise and you're not waiting for a call from there. Just block ’em straight away.

They kept ringing but never bothered to leave a voicemail, so I’ve just blocked the number after seeing what others have said.

Got a call claiming to be from some financial company saying I had debts under my name. I don’t owe anything like that since I’ve never taken out any loans. So, I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
