They asked for the first payment of £182 to be sent via Western Union, promising we should provide the claim number to the delivery team as soon as they arrive. Frankly, it feels suspicious and a bit off to us. Has anyone else had a similar experience or could offer some insight on this matter?

He assured me that they could arrange a loan of £5,000 and that two individuals would deliver the cash to my doorstep this evening. However, I was told I needed to pay the first instalment of £182 via Western Union and provide the claim number as soon as they arrived. Honestly, this whole situation seems rather suspicious to me.
