Received a call from a company called Advice Max, though I couldn’t locate anything about them on the web. The caller introduced herself as Karen Brady and wanted to verify whether I had been involved in a car accident in the past three years. I informed her that I don’t own a car, so no, I haven’t had any accidents. After that, she terminated the call rather abruptly!

Advice Max - Karen Brady. I missed the company name first time they called, didn’t hear it at all the second time, but got it clearly by the third. They say it soooo quickly, it’s hard to catch. Plus, it sounds like a robot but it’s definitely a real person. No idea how they got my number since it’s fairly new and I’ve never shared it for anything like that. I’m going to report them to TPS.

I got a call trying to verify if I'd been involved in any car accident that wasn’t my fault in the past three years. I quickly asked them where they’d got that info from. After a bit of silence, the woman said it was from the "road traffic accident division". I told her I’d never heard of that before, and then she just hung up on me.
