This person said they were from BT Openreach and had English-sounding names, but I could tell they were actually from the Indian subcontinent. They asked really silly questions. I'm a network engineer myself, and honestly, they couldn’t handle the simplest stuff I threw at them. They ended the call pretty fast too.
