When I searched online, Secure Life turned out to be located in Swansea. But weirdly, the call came from a Birmingham area code, 0121 285 4892. When I asked about it, the person said they were working remotely from home, but in the background, it sounded like a busy call centre with loads of people chatting. I wasn't convinced it was legit, so I told them I wasn’t interested. They didn’t leave any voicemail either. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.2 yearsThese folks just switch a number ☹️ and keep calling about life insurance. Don’t share any info with them, even though they seem to know who you’re with. When I called my provider, they said those callers can’t access your policy. I guess they’re hoping you’ll move your policy over the phone so they can snag your bank details. Luckily, I use an account that’s only got my phone bill in it, so there’s no money there for them to steal.
