When I asked about it, the person said they were working remotely from home, but in the background, it sounded like a busy call centre with loads of people chatting. I wasn't convinced it was legit, so I told them I wasn’t interested. I guess they’re hoping you’ll move your policy over the phone so they can snag your bank details. Luckily, I use an account that’s only got my phone bill in it, so there’s no money there for them to steal.
