Keep getting loads of texts saying 'payment unsuccessful' nonstop. It's so annoying!

I keep getting this message over and over saying "payment failed". Not sure what it's about.

The person on the line had a distinctly robotic tone, almost as if it were some sort of AI system. They assertively stated that our internet service would be cut off within the next day, urging me to hit number 1 immediately to reach a representative. This definitely feels like a scam to me!
