Just yesterday, I got several calls from this number with no one on the other end, but lo and behold, today the chap finally spoke up. He was peddling some sort of call-blocking service aimed at keeping telemarketers and bothersome calls at bay. I made it clear that I had no desire for their offer and politely requested that they refrain from calling me in future.

I picked up the phone and all I got was silence before they just ended the call.
