Got a call from this number yesterday but I didnt pick up cos I didnt know who it was. Looks dodgy to me, probably one of those scams. I’ve already reported it as suspicious.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with plan.com, saying they wanted to discuss business tariffs on my 3 mobile account and offer an upgrade. Sounded dodgy to me, so I told them they’d got the wrong details and just ended the call. Definitely felt like a scam.

Whenever the phone rings, I always start by asking who they want to talk to. If they can’t say, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. This happened recently: “Hi, I’m from 02 regarding your mobile plan.” “I don’t have any contract with 02.” “Hmmm, that’s odd. The number ends with 397, maybe it’s Giff Gaff?” “Well, if you’ve got my details, then you should know my name, right?” Then they just hung up on me.

I picked up, but the call just got cut off. No way I’m picking up if they call again.

I didn’t pick up since I don’t recognise the number and I’m not familiar with anyone in Birmingham. Had a quick look on here and now I’ve blocked it.

The line was awful and the English was really broken. This person claimed they were calling from EE and started asking for details about my EE account. Fortunately, I've never actually had a contract with EE, so I knew straight away it was dodgy.

I got a call from a lady with a British accent claiming to be from O2, but it was definitely not them. She sounded pretty sincere, but as far as I know, O2 never ring you out of the blue like that. Total scam in my book.

Someone rang me saying they were from O2. Thing is, I stopped using O2 a couple years back after I got tricked by someone pretending to be them to change my plan. Seems like this caller had some old list of O2 customers. I told them I thought they were a scammer and just ended the call.
