this morning i got a missed call from +44 121 285 2182 and when i checked my voicemail it was just noise and some voices, then it went silent. i called back to see if there was some recorded message explaining who it was but someone picked up right away and asked if i was miss ***** which was me. i ended the call quickly to avoid any charges, then checked the number online. after seeing what others said about it, ive decided to block it.

I received a rather unexpected call today, supposedly conducting reviews on different insurance providers. It felt completely unsolicited! Anyone else had similar experiences?

I picked up the phone, and all I could hear was blaring tunes and raucous laughter. The person on the line eventually caught on to my greeting, asking if I was alright. I responded with a polite 'yes', but then inquired who on earth they were, as it sounded like they were in a pub. Their response was indecipherable, but they did mention something about it being a call centre. Then, out of the blue, she asked if I was her manager! I was completely bewildered and had to ask her who she thought she was talking to. What a dodgy operation! It's clearly a scam. Feel free to let your manager know about this nonsense!
