I picked up the phone and there was nothing but silence for a few seconds before the other side suddenly ended the call. A few hours on, I rang back and heard, "Thanks for calling Service Box! We're currently closed..." which felt odd to me. I already have a proper agreement with a Service Box in Hove, yet this number starts with 0121, meaning it’s likely from Birmingham, and it seems like they're fishing for our info.
