About a year ago, I was involved in a small bump in a car park, and the other driver’s insurance accepted the blame straight away. Since then, I’ve been bombarded with calls trying to get me to file a personal injury claim. I keep telling them there weren’t any injuries, but they insist that if I don’t claim, they’ll keep ringing for up to three years. One time I ended the call, and they rang straight back, talking over me when I said no claim would be made. After that, I informed them I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service and warned that I’d consider legal action if they kept on calling, then hung up once more.

They keep ringing me up about a crash I supposedly had, wanting me to file a claim for minor injuries. I told one of the callers that I wasn’t interested, and he got quite rude about it. He warned me they’d keep phoning, and even other firms would keep bugging me until I made a claim. I stuck to my guns and said no, and when he asked why, I explained I wasn’t hurt. He just said it didn’t matter. I kept refusing until he finally gave up, but the calls haven’t stopped yet.

I've been getting loads of silent calls non-stop, mostly from 01603564073 and Unknown numbers - I reckon it's probably the same lot behind them. They ring like 4 times a day within just a few minutes gap. Proper annoying.

I've had quiet calls ringing non stop, about 4 times now. I tried calling back and it seemed like some call centre, probably from Birmingham because of the 0121 code. When the person asked for my name, I just hung up on them. Thought they deserved a taste of their own medicine!
