9 yearsWhat a right ole scam! Just received a shoddy excuse for a letter, completely dodgy, bearing the title of Alliance Health Group. It was aimed at my child, who had undergone some private medical care nearly a year ago. The correspondence claimed an outstanding medical bill because we’d recently switched insurers, but we’d already taken care of that payment through our new provider at the time. The letter itself looked like it was churned out on a cheap printer, printed on flimsy paper no less. It’s alarming how they were aware of our previous insurer, suggesting a rather unsettling level of knowledge. They insisted our old membership had lapsed during the treatment and demanded details regarding when we made the switch and our new policy number. Funny enough, the phone number 01212803028 doesn’t seem to correspond with anything listed on the Alliance Health Group's official website. They even requested when we transferred to the new policy along with the number.
