9 yearsDefinitely a scam. Got this badly copied letter from something called Alliance Health Group, sent to my kid about a private treatment from nearly a year ago. They claimed the bill wasn’t paid because we supposedly just changed insurers, but the new insurer had cleared it ages ago. The letter was printed on some really flimsy paper and was barely readable. They even knew our old insurer's details (quite creepy) and said that insurer told them our membership had ended when the treatment happened. They asked for when we switched and what the new policy number was. The phone they gave, 01212803028, doesn’t show up anywhere on their official site. The whole thing was printed on incredibly flimsy paper, which instantly raised a red flag. It’s concerning they seemed to have access to details about our previous insurer, as they alleged that our coverage had lapsed when the treatment took place. They even requested when we transferred to the new policy along with the number. To top it off, the phone number provided-01212803028-failed to appear on any legitimate listings for the Alliance Health Group.
