I received a rather dodgy call from a chap who called himself Alex Remus, asserting he was one of our patients-which is utter nonsense. He wanted to know when the doctor would be at home! I’m situated in Bristol, but the number's registered in Birmingham. Clearly, this is a scammer at work.
