dpd’s app “chat” said they were too tied up to reply and promised a call back in 2 hours. 24 hours later they rang but left a garbled voicemail. I just wanted to tell them their text saying “nobody was at the address” was wrong. I was in, still am in, and there was no calling card left. Plus the photo they sent of the delivery spot was totally dark. What a mess! I’m rearranging to have it sent to a local shop instead!

this number is for dpd who kept me hanging on for 21 minutes! it cost me £6.37 . i called them coz they sent a text saying i missed the delivery but i was home the whole time. then they sent another message with a photo of a house where they'd left a card - but that wasn’t my place, theirs was a terraced house and mine's a bungalow. when i finally got through, they promised to deliver the parcel the same day. it never showed up. had to take another day off just for them to deliver it eventually.
