I’ve always thought the Norton adverts say their office is in Rugeley, so how come they’re ringing from a Birmingham number? Seems a bit dodgy to me. Shouldn’t there be some rules stopping these cold callers pretending to be local or using numbers like that? Feels like the watchdog needs to step in on this.

Relentless nuisance calls - without fail, I receive one every single day.

Had a call from 0121 271 0298 claiming I’m due PPI compensation. They already seemed to have personal info on me but strangely asked which bank accounts I’ve used before. Then they wanted my current bank details and mentioned a 26.7% fee on whatever I might win back. Yeah, no thanks - hung up and blocked them straight away. Definitely looks dodgy.

I've been receiving calls from this number at least twice daily for the past four months! I haven't picked up even once, yet they continue to ring incessantly. You'd think they'd eventually take the hint and stop annoying me, but no, they just carry on!
