Indeed, we made an inquiry earlier today, on the 14th of July. We dialled 1471 and found that number listed, but I'm afraid I can't place who it belongs to.

I had a call from a so-called insurance company, EFS. They claimed to represent Halifax. However, when I started to probe for more information about who they were and what they wanted, the woman abruptly hung up. It’s quite suspicious, to say the least. I strongly advise keeping your personal details to yourself and staying on guard!
