When I couldn't handle the call, the person on the other end started getting really rude.

Got a call off this woman asking for the facilities manager but wouldn’t say why she needed to speak to him. I asked her a bunch of times but she just got really snappy and rude. Proper unpleasant lady - reckon she smokes loads, like three packs of camels a day or something!
