Received a call from that number claiming they were with BT, but it's a complete scam! Do yourselves a favour and steer clear of them. I strongly advise against engaging with these callers. They’ll promise you a refund, but trust me, it’s more likely that they'll be siphoning money from your account instead. Disconnect the call swiftly! They’re likely monitoring your line to check if you're online for banking transactions. If they catch you, they could very well snatch your account details. Let me assure you, I’ve been a victim of this myself. Consider this a fair warning!
