The phone line was really bad and crackly, but she claimed that at least ten people were connected to our wifi. When I asked where she was calling from, she said somewhere in London. However, when I hinted that I wasn’t convinced she was genuine, she got quite annoyed and warned me that she’d cut off our internet and we’d never be able to get it back.
