This is evidently from their technical support hub, especially in relation to the absolute mess they've made of sending someone to sort out my phone line. It’s astonishing how, with all their communication channels, a firm can be so hopelessly out of sync.

I've got a strong feeling that this number is linked to a scam. A few chaps have been claiming to be Virgin Media installers parked outside my house, either ready to set things up or to sort out a date for an installation. Then, I get a follow-up call from VM's customer service urging me to ring them back. The problem is, I’m not even a Virgin Media customer!
