3 yearsI received a call while I was out and, predictably, no message was left. Earlier, I had a rather odd conversation with someone who had a pronounced foreign accent, claiming to represent BT. They insisted that my broadband had been switched from a private to a public network and pressed me on whether I’d made that change. If not, apparently I was meant to hop on Google and sort it out. Sceptical of their authenticity, I told her I wasn’t convinced she was from BT. The response I got left me unsatisfied, so I hung up. Almost instantly, the phone rang again, but I chose not to pick it up, suspecting it was the same caller. Curious, I dialled 1471 to retrieve the number, which turned out to be 0035321209985. I ran a check on this number through a website and found it unrecognised. I went out for a few hours, and when I returned, I looked up my last caller. That turned out to be 01212440624, which your site claims belongs to Virgin Media.
