I had a rather strange phone call earlier, purportedly from BT Openreach, who claimed that there was an issue with my internet speed and they were ready to assist. However, when I inquired if he could tell me my name or any personal details, he let out an exasperated sigh and abruptly ended the conversation. Quite odd, to say the least!
