Got a call from someone saying he was with Fazzer or something like that, supposed to be working for BT Openreach. He wanted to speak to the managing director about maintenance on the phone lines nearby. When I said I couldn’t put him through to the boss, he just hung up on me. Then he rang back the same number and no one picked up. Definitely reporting this to Ofcom!

Said he was from CONNECT or something, claiming he’s with BT. Said he needed to speak to the MD because of some phone line work going on around here... like I’m just gonna put him through to the big boss, yeah right. As soon as he saw I wasn't handing him over, he just hung up on me.

Kept getting calls from them, but never once did they leave me a message. Just spam, really annoying.

Definitely just a rubbish call, nothing but spam.

Received a call from this number claiming I could save as much as 60% on my bill. When I inquired about how he could verify who he was, the bloke became quite irate. Honestly, it feels like one of those dodgy scammer lines.
