Had a voicemail from some dodgy call centre, said they were with the local council and wanted to offer help with house repairs. Definitely a scam, 100%. Beware!

Somebody called me saying I’d been looking into housing DISREPAIR or something like that. I told them I never did and just hung up straight away cos it sounded like a scam to me! Could be legit solicitors but my gut says they’re probably just scammers pretending to be disrepair lawyers.
