This number rang me saying they were from my life insurance, but couldn’t provide the policy number, expiry date or even the premium sum. They were asking to renew it and wanted my policy info plus bank details. Big alarm bells. I said no and they got really annoyed before hanging up. It’s scary to think someone less clued up could get caught out and have their insurance money nicked. Stay cautious everyone.

My partner's mobile got a call from someone asking for 'Mr Steve'. The caller started off by checking if he'd had both Covid jabs and if he’d got the physical proof of it. Then they asked about any side effects. When they asked about life insurance, hubby said no, but he actually does have it. The caller then said, “But I can see you do.” My partner asked why he’d asked then, if he already knew, and the guy replied he needed to know the insurance company. Hubby said he wasn’t sure who it was with, and the caller then accused him of not having insurance. This back and forth went on for a while before the caller suddenly started getting quite aggressive, saying they needed the details for some government rebate. The bloke was getting proper rude until we just ended the call. Totally bogus. No official NHS person would ever speak like that or call someone ‘Mr Steve’ like it was a formal thing. Utter joke!

They keep ringing our business like 3 or 4 times every day. I talked to them a couple times last week and they promised to take our number off their list but they havent stopped calling. This morning I asked to speak to a manager and they just hung up on me. Strangely, now no one is picking up my calls! Someone seriously needs to put an end to this, its getting on my nerves and feels like harassment.

Got a call yesterday, told them I’m signed up with TPS, she said she’d take my number off their list. I’ve reported it to TPS but they said they can't help since they couldn't figure out the firm. I've blocked the number but they've still rung me two times today.

please dont pick up. oven cleaners keep calling nonstop. its really annoying and feels like harrassment now. seriously, they should be stopped from ringing all the time. something has to be done about this nonstop bothering.
