Typically, they don't bother leaving a voicemail, but one peculiar time, I received a message claiming to be a "police officer from HMRC, stating there’s a court case against me-please press 1 to continue.” Naturally, I had absolutely no inclination to assist with whatever dubious scheme they were peddling, so I left it at that. Besides, with several of us residing in this abode, I'm left pondering who the supposed "criminal" could be.
