I received a voicemail from this number, but I’ve got no clue who they are. I attempted to return the call, but nobody picked up. When they rang me initially, they failed to clarify who they were or what their purpose was. The chap I spoke to sounded rather befuddled about the whole situation. I requested them to erase my details and hung up, only for them to ring again shortly after. So, I've gone ahead and blocked them.
