Ended up making 'phone babies' or something, and now I’m stuck nappying my phone every day. Moral of the story: don’t just dive into unprotected phone chats, folks!

I attempted calling them back but couldn't get through at all.

I got a call from someone named ‘Kirsty’ on this number asking if I’d been in a car accident. The moment I told her I already had a solicitor, she said she’d pass me over to her manager - I just ended the call there. Another frustrating disruption from one of those dodgy claims companies.
