Got a call from a number I didn't recognise, with a recorded message from a woman claiming to be from Pearl Advice Services. Sounds like they’re trying to say I was in a car crash, just like others have mentioned. Proper hassle they are!

Got a call from 01628 362571, saying it was Pearl Advice Services. A woman named Hayley spoke about a car crash I supposedly had. I reckon Hayley was actually a robot voice, set up to catch certain words and react automatically. I decided to mess about a bit with it, then the call suddenly got cut off from their side!

So, I got told the place was Pearl Advice Services at 15 Ellis Street, Birmingham B1 1HM - sounds awful working in a MULTI STOREY CAR PARK!!! Had to get her to say it a few times real slow, pretending I was deaf and old lol. Once I got the details, I said I’d report them to TPS and trading standards - and click, she hung up straight away! So funny. This was like the second or third call from a 'Private number' too.

Just like others here, I got a call from Hayley at Pearl Advice about a car crash they claimed was from some Road Traffic database or something. When I told them I’d report them to the TPS, she just hung up. Typical scam if you ask me.

When I asked where they were calling from, there was a pause that made me think it was one of those recorded messages, then they said something like 56 Ellis Street, Birmingham B11HN. I looked it up and couldn’t find any business at that address - it’s just a car park as far as I can tell. The moment I told them my number’s on the TPS and warned them about fines, they just cut me off. This isn’t the first time they’ve phoned me either. I’m definitely planning to report them.

Got a call that sounded like some kind of pre-recorded message, only this woman called Hayley just kept talking non-stop like she was reading something. When I tried to answer she didn’t really respond to what I said. I’m really careful and never say yes over the phone, so when I said no, she suddenly ended the call saying I’d be removed from their mailing list. Feels like she was fishing for a ‘yes’ to use against me later!

Pearl insurance? (terrible connection). They said I’d been in a car crash. (completely new info to me). I told them no way, I hadn’t, and asked to be removed from their call list, then I hung up.
