Some bloke called Ryan said he was from McAfee and charged me £60 for a subscription renewal. After that, my computer got infected with all sorts of viruses - no idea what he actually did. Luckily, my own McAfee subscription (which I was trying to renew anyway) managed to fix the mess when I raised the issue. Honestly, it was a total scam. Steer well clear of anyone like this!
