On the morning of Wednesday 21st August 2019 at 9am, I received a call from a very chatty bloke who started by asking how I was doing. He then went on to say my computer was infected with a virus. I was quite sceptical about what he was telling me and played along, telling him I didn’t have a computer at all (which I don’t, honestly). He then asked if I had a tablet or a laptop instead. I told him I just have a radio, wondering if that might have tripped his alarm about my security. After that, he wished me well and ended the call.
