Sounds like a woman at first but I’m pretty sure it’s just a really good recorded message. They always ask if you’ve been in a car crash in the past couple of years. It’s baffling how these numbers aren’t blocked. Make sure you sign up with the Telephone Preference Service (it’s legit, just google it) - you’ll notice fewer calls after about a month. After that, you can report the numbers, which usually leads to fines for them, though you don’t get any cash back. Reported this one yesterday after they rang me.

About five minutes ago, I got a call saying I’d been in a car accident that wasn’t my fault. When I asked them how they knew that, they told me it came from the RTA database or something like that. I told them they had the wrong info and ended the call. They sounded robotic and didn’t reply quickly, almost like an automated system.
