Had this daft prerecorded message claiming it was BT warning me my broadband and phone would be cut off. Yeah right, not happening with BT. Then a bit later, I got another call with the same rubbish message but from number 0121397999. Honestly, these lot are scammers, don’t fall for it or press any keys they tell you to.
