Got a message from someone saying they’re BT tech support. They told me if I didn’t do something today, my internet would get cut off. They said to press 1 for help or 2 if I wanted to end my internet service. I just ended the call straight away.

Somebody rang me up saying they were with BT and there was an issue with my internet connection.
