I keep getting calls from various 0121 numbers, with someone speaking in a really thick accent claiming they're from BT and that my internet has some sort of suspicious activity. When I asked for specifics, they babbled on about IP addresses and stuff that made no sense. Most times, they just hang up as soon as you start asking questions. Today, the second caller was quite rude when I asked for any proof that he worked for BT - he couldn’t even tell me the name on the account! I got a bit more blunt with him, and as soon as he saw I wasn’t falling for it, he just ended the call.
