Some woman called me claiming I’d been in a car crash that wasn’t my fault, which is totally not true. I told her I hadn’t been in any accident, and she said she’d take my number off their list. When I asked where she got my number from, she just ended the call on me.

some woman called me all hostile, telling me i'd had a car crash. honestly, just hang up straight away, don’t reply or try to argue. even if you've actually been in an accident - accidents happen loads all over the uk every day, so this is probably just a con. better to ring your own insurance company or get some legal advice instead. definitely report it to ofcom too.

They keep ringing me up saying I was in a car crash, which is totally not true. I've asked them several times to stop calling my phone.

Got a call from this number but when I rang back it kept telling me the number was wrong. Looks like one of those dodgy phishing calls to me.
