I kept getting calls from someone claiming to be with BT, telling me to upgrade my router and warning that my personal info might get lost from my computer. The whole thing felt quite sketchy, really poor experience.

I had a rather dodgy phone call from a bloke who sounded like he could be South Asian or Indian, accompanied by a right racket in the background that was on repeat. I kept him on the line for a few minutes just to see how far he’d push it. He claimed he was representing BT, and then switched gears to say he was from my internet security company, bizarrely asking for control over my computer. However, as soon as I threw a classic Scots "GTF!" his way, he promptly hung up!
