I've had a couple of calls over the last two days from someone claiming to be from BT’s tech support saying there were issues with my router and internet. They insisted I was a BT customer, which I’m not, and when I asked how they even got my number or knew about these supposed problems, the person just kept repeating that I had issues with my connection. I asked twice where exactly he was calling from, but all he did was launch into the same BT spiel again. I told him I wasn’t with BT and ended the call. Next day, the same thing happened so I didn’t even bother answering.
