Today I finally got someone on the phone after loads of silent calls from this dialler. Told them I’ve been keeping track of all these quiet calls and said I’m planning to report it. Proper ambulance chasers, honestly.

There was so much background noise I told them I couldn’t hear well, and then they just hung up. Really frustrating since I was waiting for a call that actually mattered.

Got a call with some automated woman’s voice saying she knew about a car crash I’d supposedly had. Total rubbish, but bloody annoying anyway.

My mobile doesn’t usually get loads of calls, but last week I had about 20 calls in just a few days from two separate numbers! Both were annoying nuisance calls just like this one.
Cheers for taking the call once, Dad, while I was out. He ended up yammering on about his blooming roses and how much chicken cost to some “nice bloke” or something?!

They called me up saying they’d received info from some RTA stats about me being in a car crash and wanted me to verify it. I asked them what RTA stats even were and how they got my number, but they just hung up on me.

I came across a scam lately where they want you to say "No" so they can record your voice and use it to get into your bank and other accounts. Not sure if it's connected, but I’d definitely be careful with calls like this.
