Got a message saying it was from BT warning my internet would be cut off today unless I pressed 1 to sort it out with an agent. I just ended the call straight away. Don’t really know what the scam could’ve been or if it would’ve cost me extra but it definitely didn’t feel legit.

Got a robo call claiming to be from BT saying my internet was about to get cut off today. The message told me to press 1 if I wanted to talk to someone about it. I just ended the call straight away. Not entirely sure what they’d gain or if they could charge me any extra fees, but it definitely felt dodgy to me.
