On 28th May '19 at around 3.25pm, a relative answered a call where the recorded voice mentioned something like: "Your BT broadband service is about to be cut off because someone nearby has hacked or misused it. Press 1 to..." or something along those lines. They thought it was probably a scam and hung up straight away, so didn’t catch much else. Thankfully, our broadband stayed fine and didn’t get disconnected!
