I received a call purporting to be from BT, stating that they intended to terminate my broadband service due to suspected unauthorised access. The whole thing raised alarm bells for me; it didn’t seem credible at all. Having encountered a similar situation in the past - and knowing my broadband is running perfectly well - I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this claim. Feels a bit fishy, if you ask me!
