I keep receiving calls from someone claiming to be Kirsty, insisting I've been involved in a car accident. Each time I try to explain that I haven’t or ask her to stop calling, she cuts me off. This will be the fourth time she’s disturbed me! During the last call, she was quite impolite and even tried to argue with me. I've had enough and have now added her to my blocked contacts.

I found myself in a rather maddening situation where someone insisted I’d been involved in a car crash, only to discover it was all a ruse. Beware! If you ask them to remove your number from their list, they simply cut the call without so much as a word! It’s infuriating!

Somebody rang me saying they knew I’d been in a car crash, which I definitely hadn’t. They just cut off right away after that. Blocked the number straight away.
