Given that I haven't owned a car or held a driving licence since 2002, I genuinely fail to see how I could possibly be connected to the incident he mentioned, especially since he was suggesting I was the victim. Over the past year and a half, I've been inundated with similar calls from various firms, all asking the same question. I attempted to track down one of these companies and discovered it was a phantom outfit operating out of Harpenden.
