Got a dodgy call again claiming I'd be charged £39.99 for a monthly Amazon subscription unless I hit 1 to talk to someone to stop it. The approach was a bit different this time, but totally fishy since I don't even have an Amazon Prime account. Classic scam!

Lately, we've been getting loads of calls from people claiming to be BT, warning us that our service will be disconnected within a day - usually the same lady speaking with an American accent. This morning we even got one pretending to be from Amazon. We just put the phone down as soon as they start talking.

Got a call from someone claiming I owe £79.99 for an Amazon Prime membership I never signed up for. Then some guy with a foreign accent said my internet was hacked and offered help, trying to get into my laptop using TeamViewer. Well, I didn’t fall for it and just hung up straight away 😤
