They mentioned two unfamiliar transactions where one supposedly linked to Amazon and another sent to an overseas bank. Quite the alarming revelation, isn't it?Amazon4 yearsBEWARE OF SCAM CALLS! I just got a call from this number, which looked like it was from my own area code. It was an automated message saying my bank account had been debited £300 and £1,000 from Amazon via some international transfer site. They asked me to press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel the transaction - which I never did as I don’t use that service. Seems like these scammers are now pretending to call from local numbers to trick people.
