This number has been calling me loads over the past few days, but I never picked up. They haven’t bothered to leave a voicemail either. If they’re trying to seem genuine, leaving a message would help.

I got a call claiming to be from Visa or Mastercard saying I’d just spent £600 abroad and to press 1 to cancel or approve it. Thing is, I don’t even own a Mastercard and would never make a purchase like that, so it all felt very dodgy to me.
